What is home care?

Home Care refers to medical and supportive services provided in a person's home by trained professionals, helping individuals recover from surgery, or receive assistance with daily living activities to help them remain safe, comfortable, and independent. How can I receive services?

To receive services start by contacting our agency to schedule a consultation. We will discuss your needs, complete an assessment, verify insurance or payment options, and develop a personalized care plan. Once approved, your services can begin often within days.

What services do you provide?

How is my caregiver assigned?

During your initial conversation and the in-home visit, the Client Care Coordinator will document the home care services required and the client's preferences. The Client Care Coordinator then selects the best caregiver and arranges an introduction between the client, Caregiver, and Coordinator to introduce this new team. During that meeting, everyone reviews the Plan of Care to ensure agreement and understanding of services to be provided.

What insurances are accepted?

We accept a variety of payment options, which may include: MEDICAID, AMERIHEALTH CARITAS, WELLCARE,CAP DA, CAP C, LONG TERM INSURANCE, PRIVATE PAY, AND MORE.

Can I get paid to care for a family member?

In most cases, yes. Certain Medicaid and state-funded programs allow eligible individuals to receive payment for caring for a family member. Our team can help determine if you or your loved one may be eligible and guide you through the enrollment process.
